Getting started
Signing in takes a minute.
No forms, no passwords to remember. Use the mobile number or email you gave the school office.
📲 With your mobile number
The way most parents sign in.
- Open parent.rkacademyballia.in and enter the 10-digit mobile number on the school's record.
- Tap Send code — a one-time code arrives by SMS.
- Enter the code, and you're in. Your children appear automatically.
✉️ With your email
For parents who registered an email address with the office.
- Choose the Email tab on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your registered email address and tap Send code.
- Type in the code from your inbox — done.
The app recognises you by the contact details in the school's records. If your number has changed — or the code doesn't arrive — visit or call the school office and we'll update it on the spot.
Keep it handy
Add it to your home screen.
The Parent App installs like a regular app — straight from the browser, nothing to download from a store. Once added, it appears on your phone as Skolix Parent.
On Android (Chrome)
- Open the app in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Choose Add to Home screen. The app then sits on your home screen like any other app.
On iPhone (Safari)
- Open the app in Safari.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
Look for Skolix Parent with the ribbon icon on your home screen — that's the RKA Parent App.
