Our Story, Our Soul.

Twenty-six years of building young people who carry knowledge, character and confidence into every room they enter.

Our story

Rooted in purpose, growing with every child.

Radhakrishna Academy was founded with a single, unshakeable belief: that every child in Ballia deserves the kind of education that was once only available in big cities.

What began in 2000 as a modest pre-primary school in Japlinganj has grown into a full K–12 institution across two campuses. We started not with infrastructure, but with intent: a group of educators who believed that truly great schooling is about forming character first, and results second.

Twenty-six years later, that founding philosophy shapes everything we do, from how we run our classrooms to how we speak with parents. Today, Radhakrishna Academy is one of Ballia's most trusted CBSE-affiliated schools, recognised not just for academic results but for the quiet confidence our alumni carry into colleges, careers and communities.

Our philosophy

Vision, mission & values.

The principles that guide every decision we make, from curriculum design to how we greet children at the gate every morning.

Vision

To be the school that proves excellence and values are not a trade-off. We envision a generation of young leaders from Ballia who are as capable as any student from any city in India: confident, curious and deeply rooted in who they are.

Mission

To nurture every child's unique potential through great teaching and real care. We exist to create an environment where every student discovers their strengths, builds honest character and develops the courage to pursue a meaningful life.

What we stand for

Character first

We build the person before the student. Results follow from who you are.

Respect for all

Every child, family and colleague is treated with dignity.

Curiosity over rote

We ask "why" before we answer "what". Thinking matters as much as knowing.

Indian at heart

We celebrate our roots while preparing students for a global world.

Chairperson's message

A word from our Chairperson.

“Education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge — it is the cultivation of character, the lighting of a lamp that guides a child through every darkness they will ever face.”

Radhakrishna Academy was founded on a singular conviction: that every child in Ballia deserves the same quality of education that children in India's finest cities receive. That conviction has not wavered in over a decade of operation, and it will not waver in the decades to come.

We have built this institution brick by brick — not just in concrete and classrooms, but in values, in culture, and in the kind of relationships between teachers and students that make a school truly great. When I see our alumni go on to premier institutions and meaningful careers, I know we are on the right path.

To our families: you are our partners. This school exists because of your trust, and everything we do is in service of the children you have entrusted to us.

Manager's message

A word from our Manager.

“A school is only as strong as the team behind it. We have built a team that believes in every child, every day — without exception.”

Managing a school of this scale — two campuses, 80+ faculty members — is a responsibility we approach with the same care a parent brings to raising a child. Every decision, from infrastructure to curriculum, is made with one question in mind: is this good for our students?

We have invested continuously in our facilities, our teachers' professional development, and in the systems that ensure every child gets personal attention. A school's quality is not just measured in board results — it is measured in whether each child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.

We are proud of what we have built here, and we are committed to making it better every year. Thank you for being part of this journey.
