The Main Playground

Our sprawling main playground is the heartbeat of campus life. Wide open, safe, and well-maintained, it gives students the space to run, play, and unwind — a vital counterpart to hours spent in the classroom.

The ground hosts daily PT classes, inter-house sports events, kabaddi matches, athletics meets, and free play during breaks. A dedicated running track borders the field, and the space is used for school assemblies and outdoor events throughout the year.

Basketball Court

Our full-sized, flood-lit basketball court brings one of the world's most dynamic sports right to campus. Used for structured coaching sessions, inter-school tournaments, and evening practice, the court has produced some of our finest athletes.

The court surface is maintained to professional standards and can also be used for volleyball and other court sports during off-season periods, maximising its use year-round.

Dance Studio

Our dedicated dance studio is a professional-grade space designed for movement, expression, and performance. Sprung flooring, full-length mirrors, and a built-in sound system create an environment that takes dance seriously — whether classical, folk, or contemporary.

Daily dance classes, choreography sessions for Annual Day, and competition training all happen here. Students from Pre-Primary upwards are introduced to movement and rhythm, and by Senior Secondary, many go on to represent the school at state-level competitions.

Music Room

Music is not an extra at Radhakrishna Academy — it is a core part of who our students become. Our acoustically treated music room is stocked with a range of instruments: tabla, harmonium, keyboard, guitar, flute, and percussion — giving students exposure to both Indian classical and modern forms.

Udayan Hall

Udayan Hall is our primary multipurpose auditorium — a grand, air-conditioned space built for performances, assemblies, competitions, and large gatherings. With a raised stage, professional lighting, and seating for over 500, it is the venue for some of the most memorable moments in a student's school life.

Annual Day, Independence Day celebrations, prize-giving ceremonies, inter-school debates, guest lectures, and parent-teacher meetings all take place in Udayan Hall. The space is equipped with a modern PA system, projection screens, and backstage facilities for performers.

Children's Activity Area

Designed exclusively for our Pre-Primary students (Nursery, LKG, UKG), the Children's Activity Area is a world built to the scale and imagination of a 3–5 year old. Bright, safe, soft-surfaced, and bursting with colour, it is the first place where school feels like something to look forward to.
